The Brunei City Festival continues to serve as platform, gathering local and overseas entrepreneurs, while simultaneously strengthening support for the entrepreneurial industry, particularly among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, MSMEs. The festival that is held until the 11th of January, not only enlivens the capital's atmosphere, it also acts as a vital medium to foster support for local entrepreneurs and strengthen cultural as well as business ties between local entrepreneurs and those from neighbouring countries.
According to a local vendor from Baked Goods by NRA, it was their first time participating in such an event that also gathered vendors from neighbouring countries. Despite the rain on the first day, visitor turnout remained encouraging. The vendor hoped the community continues to support local businesses, while maintaining confidence towards the product's quality and the offered price.
Meanwhile, several foreign vendors praised the exceptionally warm reception from Bruneians. By joining the festival, they have the opportunity to introduce their products to the local market.
